Web, content, and point of sale flows that match how your day actually runs.
Kinektar is a small studio that sits in the middle of your website, your POS setup, and the way you show up online. We design sites, social content, and POS-connected flows that make it clear you are open, active, and easy to do business with.
Built for the messy middle between the website, the feed, and the work.
Kinektar grew out of watching restaurants and local businesses wrestle with tools that never quite matched how they actually served guests. Menus lived in three different systems. Online orders landed as confusing tickets. Social posts were all-or-nothing bursts instead of a calm, consistent signal that you were open.
Instead of chasing trends or adding more apps, we start at the system. How does the line move? Who is checking DMs? What does a good Tuesday look like compared to a slammed Friday? Where do staff members improvise around the tools because the tools do not quite fit?
The website, the content, the social drip, and the POS-connected flows become a translation layer between how you already operate and how people want to find you and interact with you online.
What this looks like in practice:
Longer conversations up front about how your day actually runs, both in person and online. Designs that respect headcount, training time, and the stack you already pay for. Search-friendly structure and simple content plans so you show up when people look for what you do, without turning your team into full-time creators.
The result we are aiming for is not just a nice-looking site or a busy feed. It is slightly calmer rushes, slightly higher tickets, and a steady sense that you are present, open, and easy to reach through your own channels.
Brand, content, and Clover all sharing the same backbone.
The hub everything else points back to.
We design a site that feels like your best version of in-person: clear, confident, and easy to move through. Brand, copy, and structure give search engines enough to understand you and give guests an obvious next step.
A calm, consistent signal you are here.
Instead of chasing trends, we focus on a simple content rhythm: updates that prove you are active, open, and worth coming back to. Paired with SEO basics, this helps you show up where people search and stay present in the background between visits.
Ordering, booking, and ecommerce that staff can trust.
Online ordering, booking, and product sales are designed to match your stations, schedule, and stock. Tickets land cleanly in Clover. Guests understand what they are buying and when it will be ready, and staff are not guessing what the order really means.
No matter which part we are working on, the same questions show up in our notes. How does this affect a regular? Could this confuse staff? Does this help a searcher decide to visit you, call you, or order directly instead of going through a third-party app?
Simple ideas we come back to on every project.
Start at the system. Before we sketch layouts or content calendars, we map how an order, booking, or inquiry moves through your world today, including the parts that feel a little broken.
Design for the regulars. We think a lot about the people who will come back the most, not just the first-time visitor scrolling quickly or liking a post.
Use the tools you already have. Wherever we can, we work inside your existing POS setup and tech stack instead of stacking on more platforms.
Make constraints visible. We name the limits like capacity, timing, and staffing so the website and content do not quietly promise something your team cannot comfortably deliver.
Favor clarity over cleverness. We will happily trade a clever line for a clearer explanation if it means fewer support calls and more confident guests.
Think in drips, not campaigns. We prefer small, repeatable steps over one-time bursts so it is realistic to stay visible without burning anyone out.
Want your online presence to feel more like your front-of-house?
If your current website, social, or Clover tools feel a step out of sync with how you really operate, we can help you bring them closer together.
